Start Your Teleconsult

Once logged in, tap on 'General Practitioner’ to initiate a consultation.

Activate your Citi Family Programme profile

Select your personal profile, and tap 'Add a new profile'.

Select 'Citi Family Programme'.

To activate your Citi Family Programme profile, enter the Unique Identifier Code (e.g. <CITIAIAXXXXX>) sent to you via your Citi-registered email address

 

Connect to a doctor

Choose between seeing the next available doctor, or selecting a doctor of your choice based on our list of available doctors at the time of your consultation.

Select your Citi Family Programme profile to begin

Your Citi Family Programme profile should now be ready for use.

Remember to select your Citi Family Programme profile to start your consultation. Your benefits will be displayed clearly for your convenience.

You may also invite up to 3 family members to share your benefits with you.

Conclude the video consultation

Once the doctor ends the video consultation, you may select the medication the doctor has prescribed (if any), and arrange for medication delivery at your convenience.

Complete your session

You will be able to see your Citi Family Programme benefit applied on the invoice page. Note that any amount exceeding the S$50 coverage is chargeable via debit / credit card.

Retrieve Your Medical History

Access all medical documents (including prescriptions, MCs, referrals and receipts) under the 'History' tab.

Continue to enjoy preferred pricing 

If you have fully utilised your consultation quota, you will be entitled to a preferred consult fee of S$12* for the duration of your policy period. Family members in your Citi Family Programme will also enjoy this perk.

You’ll be surprised to know that you’ll be able to use the WhiteCoat app for much more than just addressing typical ailments. Here are some examples of conditions that our Singapore-registered doctors will be able to treat you for:

Who is eligible?

To be eligible for the Citi Family Programme that entitles you to a 12-month Telemedicine Policy, you must:

  • be a new or existing customer of AIA Singapore Private Limited (“AIA”) who is a resident of Singapore with a valid NRIC or FIN sixteen (16) years or older (age last birthday)
  • purchase an Eligible AIA Retail Protection Plan with an annual premium of at least S$3,000 for regular premium plan within the Promotion Period through Citibank.

  • Amounts in excess of S$50 per visit are to be paid by the Eligible Customer using a debit / credit card of the customer’s choice.
  • Your WhiteCoat benefit can be utilised anytime for a one-year period after upon Telemedicine Policy Coverage effective date.

Can I register my family members for this benefit?

Yes, you can! As a main policyholder, you can nominate up to three family members to enjoy the shared quota of teleconsults under the Citi Family Programme.

You may add your family members in-app via your Citi Family Programme profile.

What are the operating hours for the teleconsult service?

WhiteCoat operates daily (including Public Holidays) from 8AM to 12AM, while medication delivery is up to 3AM. daily.

What is the waiting time for a teleconsult?

As the duration of each teleconsult varies, the waiting time will depend on the number of patients ahead of you in the online queue. The average waiting time to see a doctor on the WhiteCoat app is less than 10 minutes.

All teleconsults are to be carried out via the Company’s electronic health consultation, prescription and delivery application (the “WhiteCoat App”) using a direct corporate profile. Not applicable with other corporate programmes and/or campaigns and/or other on-going privileges. Each of the parties reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions including listed prices, or to discontinue the Offer, without prior notice or liability to any third party.
