Yes, you can! As a main policyholder, you can nominate up to three family members to enjoy the shared quota of teleconsults under the Citi Family Programme.

WhiteCoat operates daily (including Public Holidays) from 8AM to 12AM, while medication delivery is up to 3AM. daily.
As the duration of each teleconsult varies, the waiting time will depend on the number of patients ahead of you in the online queue. The average waiting time to see a doctor on the WhiteCoat app is less than 10 minutes.

All teleconsults are to be carried out via the Company’s electronic health consultation, prescription and delivery application (the “WhiteCoat App”) using a direct corporate profile.
