Look after your mental health

Our mental health affects how we think, feel and act. WhiteCoat allows you to video consult a certified mental wellness professional at your convenience.

Taking the first step

Your mental wellness journey with WhiteCoat will be tailored to your unique needs.

For first time users:

In order to determine your treatment plan, please proceed to teleconsult a WhiteCoat panel psychologist via the WhiteCoat app. You will speak with a psychologist not lasting more than 15 minutes on average (triage session).

The psychologist will then help to determine the next course of action for you and select the most appropriate treatment plan for your needs.

You are not alone
