How to book your pre-departure test

Submit your booking request.

Click here to fill in the fields accordingly. If you are opting for a home-based test, please indicate your preferred location.

If you are covered under AIA corporate insurance, ensure that you tick the AIA Member checkbox in the form to enjoy AIA member rates.

Confirm your booking.

The WhiteCoat team will be in touch within two working days to provide confirmation on your booking request.

Get tested at our partner clinic / at home.

Head to our partner clinic, located conveniently at Palais Renaissance, 390 Orchard Road. Alternatively, simply wait for the WhiteCoat personnel to arrive at your home as per your appointment details.

Testing options to suit your needs

In-clinic

Tests will be performed at our partner clinic, located at Palais Renaissance on Mon – Fri from 2PM – 5PM

    • Saliva Testing: $138
    • PCR: $138
    • ART: $40

home-based

A WhiteCoat personnel will arrive at your home as per your appointment details to conduct the test

    • Saliva Testing: $188 (+ $138 for subsequent pax)
    • PCR: $188 (+ $138 for subsequent pax)
    • ART: $110 (+ $35 for subsequent pax)

All prices stated are retail rates inclusive of GST. AIA corporate insurance members are eligible for AIA member rates.
