Getting started
To begin a teleconsult on WhiteCoat, you will have to download the WhiteCoat App and sign up for an account.
Please select the option that applies to you:
adding your dependants
Enable your loved ones to access quality healthcare via the WhiteCoat app.
This will lead to a child registration or adding a dependant, depending on the age of the family member.
Download app and sign up for an account
Register for an account by retrieving your saved information on Myinfo via Singpass, or through manual input.
If you choose to input your information manually, complete all fields and ensure accuracy before tapping ‘Sign Up’.
Download WhiteCoat
Upload your ID
Once logged in, tap 'More' > 'Personal Information' and upload your ID to complete your registration.
Activate your AIA Profile
To activate your AIA Corporate Insurance benefit, tap 'More' > 'Benefits & Subscription' > 'Add Benefit' > 'AIA Corporate Insurance'.
Enter your details as per your AIA policy and tap 'Verify'.
Congratulations!
Your AIA Corporate Insurance benefit has been activated.
Remember to select this benefit before you start your teleconsult to enjoy your corporate entitlements.
Download app and sign up for an account

Download WhiteCoat
Upload your ID
Once logged in, tap 'More' > 'Personal Information' and upload your ID to complete your registration.
Activate your Corporate Profile
To activate your Corporate benefit, tap 'More' > 'Benefits & Subscription' > 'Myself' > 'Add Benefit' > 'Corporate Scheme'.
Select 'Corporate Scheme'
If you are a corporate user:
Enter your corporate email address / NRIC number / corporate identifier (depending on your corporate scheme) and tap 'Verify'.
Congratulations!
Your Corporate Scheme benefit has been activated.
Remember to select this benefit before you start your teleconsult to enjoy your corporate / member entitlements.
Download app and sign up for an account

Upload your ID
Once logged in, tap 'More' > 'Personal Information' and upload your ID to complete your registration.

You're ready to teleconsult on WhiteCoat.
Select your 'Myself' profile to begin.
Add your adult dependant(s)
Log in to WhiteCoat with your existing account.
Select 'More' at the bottom of the screen, and tap 'Family Group'.
Tap 'Add a Family Member', and input your dependant's date of birth.
Input your dependant's particulars
Input your dependant's particulars as shown.
Ensure that all details are accurate before tapping 'Send invitation'.
Invitation sent!
Your dependant will receive an email notification of your invitation.
View the status of your invitation
Status of the invitation will become verified once your dependant accepts the invitation.
Add your child dependant(s)
Log in to WhiteCoat with your existing account.
Select 'More' at the bottom of the screen, and tap 'Family Group'.
Tap 'Add a Family Member', and input your dependant's date of birth.
Input your child dependant's particulars
Input your child dependant’s particulars as shown.
Ensure that all details are accurate before tapping 'Next'.
Upload identification document
Upload your child's identification document and tap 'Confirm'.
Congratulations!
Your child is ready to teleconsult on WhiteCoat.
Select your child's account and 'Myself' profile when teleconsulting on WhiteCoat.
For users with child dependant AIA Corporate Insurance/ corporate / member benefits on WhiteCoat, remember to select the appropriate profile for your child when teleconsulting to enjoy your corporate benefits.
Please accompany your child for the teleconsult at all times.
