Once logged in, tap on ‘General Practitioner’ to initiate a consult; you can add your child’s account (under 16 years of age) to your account as well.
On the ‘Payment’ page, make sure to enter your UOB Credit/Debit card as your method of payment.
Under the ‘Corporate Identifier’ field, input ‘UOB<first 6 digits of UOB card number>’.
The new rate will be reflected once the corporate identifier has been applied.
