Once the teleconsult concludes, select your desired medication and proceed to arrange for delivery.

Access all medical documents (including prescriptions, MCs, referrals and receipts) under the 'History' tab.

Export Your Documents

MCs and receipts can be easily exported in PNG / PDF formats for submission purposes.

Teleconsults: Not Just For The Common Cold

You’ll be surprised to know that you’ll be able to use the WhiteCoat app for much more than just addressing typical ailments. Here are some examples of conditions that our Singapore-registered doctors will be able to treat you for:

FAQ

WhiteCoat operates daily (including Public Holidays) from 8 a.m. to 12 midnight, while medication delivery is up to 3 a.m. daily.

All Cisco employees and insured dependants are eligible to receive corporate pricing and benefits for WhiteCoat’s telehealth services.

  1. Insured dependants aged 16 and above are required to register for their own WhiteCoat accounts.
  2. Insured dependants below 16 years of age must be added to the Cisco employee’s WhiteCoat account; in addition, the said employee must be present to accompany the dependant below 16 to utilise WhiteCoat’s teleconsult services.

2. Paediatrician Teleconsult
  • 6 visits / Cashless*

  • For child below 7 years old (without referral letter)

  • For child above 7 years old (with referral letter)

*For the 1st to 6th WhiteCoat PD teleconsultation, it is considered under the Panel PD benefits as cashless, as charged. From the 7th and subsequent visits, it will be on pay and submit for claim reimbursement under Non-Panel Specialist limit.

Your WhiteCoat telemedicine entitlements have been enhanced to unlimited visits (panel cashless basis; no dollar cap). It will be refreshed every policy year.

Your telemedicine benefits will be reflected under your AIA corporate insurance profile in the WhiteCoat app.

  • Tap on <General Practioner>
  • Select <AIA Corporate Insurance>
  • Tap on <Select> on the profile and then go back to the previous page
  • Unlimited benefits will be reflected

No, there is no need to seek reimbursement from AIA.

No, it will not reduce your current Outpatient Clinical and / or Specialist benefits. This is an additional benefit that will not affect your current Outpatient insured benefits with AIA.

As the duration of each video consultation varies, the waiting time will depend on the number of patients ahead of you in the online queue.

If the doctor determines that your symptoms and / or pre-existing medical conditions are unsuitable for a teleconsult, the doctor will instead advise you on the appropriate follow-up actions for continuity of medical care. Such actions may include:

  1. going to a panel general practitioner for a physical consult;
  2. going to the nearest Accident & Emergency department;
  3. dialling 995; or
  4. providing you with a medical referral letter to see a specialist.

No fees will be charged by WhiteCoat for any of the aforementioned cases, and it will not be considered as one of your 4 entitled teleconsults.

All registration information will be retained. However, if you request for it to be purged, this will be completed within 3 working days of request. Please note that if you have had a WhiteCoat teleconsultation, WhiteCoat is required to retain the information relating to the teleconsultation until the natural life of the patient (as required by MOH).
