How to activate your NUStyle benefit on WhiteCoat

Follow these simple steps to enjoy your exclusive NUStyle member benefits on the WhiteCoat app!

Download app and sign up for an account

Register for an account by retrieving your saved information on Myinfo via Singpass, or through manual input.

If you choose to input your information manually, complete all fields and ensure accuracy before tapping ‘Sign Up’.

Create benefit

Once logged in, tap on 'More' located at the bottom of the screen, followed by 'Benefits & Subscriptions'.

Tap on 'Add benefit', located at the centre of the screen.

Tap on 'Corporate Scheme'

Head to the next screen to input your identifier.

Input your identifier

Under 'Corporate Identifier', input NUSTYLE to activate your NUStyle benefit.

Your NUSTYLE benefit has been created!

Congratulations! Your NUStyle benefit has been successfully created.

Remember to select this benefit when teleconsulting a WhiteCoat GP to enjoy your GP telemedicine benefits.

FAQ

NUStyle members and all NUS undergrads enjoy the following benefits with WhiteCoat:

  • Member rate of S$15 flat teleconsult fee* when you teleconsult a WhiteCoat GP on the WhiteCoat app

*Excludes medication, delivery charges and GST; member rate available until 28 Feb 2023. 

To enjoy your benefits, you are required to activate your NUStyle benefit on the WhiteCoat app with the seven-letter identifier NUSTYLE. Click here and follow the steps to register for your NUStyle benefit.

Remember to select your NUStyle benefit when teleconsulting a GP on the WhiteCoat app to enjoy your telemedicine benefits.

WhiteCoat operates daily (including Public Holidays) from 8 AM to 12 AM. Medication medication delivery is available until 3 AM daily.

The common conditions suitable for a video consultation on the WhiteCoat App include but are not limited to the following:

    1. flu, cough, cold or sore throat;
    2. fever, or headache;
    3. diarrhoea, constipation or vomiting;
    4. rash, or cold sores;
    5. conjunctivitis;
    6. urinary tract infection;
    7. dermatological conditions; and
    8. other non-emergent medical issues.

For symptoms that are not found in the list above, our doctors will make a clinical judgement based on their best assessment.

If the doctor determines that your child’s symptom(s) and / or pre-existing medical condition(s) are unsuitable for a video consultation, the doctor will let you know and will advise you on the appropriate follow-up actions for continuity of care. Such actions may include but are not limited to the following:

    1. going to a GP or our clinic premises for a physical consultation;
    2. going to the nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department;
      dialling 995; or
    3. providing you with a medical referral letter to see a specialist.
