Follow these simple steps to enjoy your exclusive Motherswork telemedicine benefits on the WhiteCoat app!
Register for an account by retrieving your saved information on Myinfo via Singpass, or through manual input.
If you choose to input your information manually, complete all fields and ensure accuracy before tapping ‘Sign Up’.
Download WhiteCoat
Once logged in, tap on 'More' located at the bottom of the screen, followed by 'Benefits & Subscriptions'.
Tap on 'Add benefit', located at the centre of the screen.
Make sure that you have your exclusive Motherswork identifier ready for input.
Find out what your identifier is by logging in to the Motherswork Membership & Rewards page here.
Under 'Corporate Identifier', input MW2022 to activate your Motherswork benefit.
Congratulations! Your Motherswork benefit has been successfully created.
Remember to select this benefit when teleconsulting a WhiteCoat GP to enjoy your benefits.
Set up a child account and enable your little one to enjoy the same GP benefits, as well as Paediatric teleconsult benefits.
On the app homepage, tap on 'More', followed by 'Family Group' and 'Add a Family Member'. Complete all fields and ensure accuracy before tapping ‘Next'.
Congratulations! Your child account has been successfully created.
Remember to select your child’s Motherswork benefit when teleconsulting a WhiteCoat GP / Paediatrician to enjoy your benefits.

To enjoy your Motherswork benefits, you are required to activate your Motherswork benefit on the WhiteCoat app. Click here and follow the steps to register for your Motherswork benefit.
Remember to select your Motherswork benefit when teleconsulting on the WhiteCoat app to your telemedicine benefits.
The WhiteCoat GP teleconsult operates daily (including Public Holidays) from 8 AM to 12 AM. Medication medication delivery is available until 3 AM daily.
The WhiteCoat Paediatric teleconsult service is available from Mondays – Fridays, while the Mental Wellness service is available from Mondays – Saturdays. Please refer to the attending doctors / clinician’s availability in-app.
To enable your child to enjoy the Motherswork benefits, you are required to create a child account after activating your Motherswork benefit on the WhiteCoat app. Click here for a step-by-step guide to creating your child account.
Remember to select your child’s Motherswork benefit when teleconsulting a GP / Paediatrician with your child on the WhiteCoat app to enjoy your benefits.
A person who is below the age of 16 seeking a video consultation on the WhiteCoat App must be accompanied by an adult (parent / guardian) during the video consultation at all times.
Such minors must also be registered under their parent’s / guardian’s WhiteCoat account prior to commencement of the video consultation. Click here for a step-by-step guide to creating your child account.
